The HPHA will accept 1000 applications for the Housing Choice Voucher program for all unit sizes on Oahu, with selection via lottery and applications active for 18 months. Eligibility is based on income, family status, elderly/disabled status, and U.S. citizenship or eligible immigration status, with local preferences in place.
