HCV application office hours are Tuesday: 2pm - 4:30pm and Thursday: 9am - 12pm. Local preferences include residency in Peoria County for 12 months, 6 months of continuous employment, documented disability for head of household, and full-time student status. Selection is determined by the date and time received, subject to claimed preferences.
