BOX 2158, RED BANK, NJ 07701. Public Housing has 40 family units and 50 senior units. Preferences include: domestic violence victims, working families, veterans or surviving spouses of veterans, current members of the U.S. Armed Forces, involuntarily displaced local residents, residents who live and work in the RBHA’s jurisdiction, residents who live in the jurisdiction of the RBHA, involuntarily displaced non-local residents, and non-residents who work in the RBHA’s jurisdiction.
