Office staff will be available to assist with application submission on July 22, 2026, between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM at the Administration office. Emergency housing is not available. When an application reaches the top 10%, the applicant will be contacted via US mail to determine eligibility.
The Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) waitlist is currently closed. Applicants can sign up for news and events to be alerted when applications will be accepted in the future. Applications are for new applicants only. The most recent application submitted will be kept. Information required includes names, dates of birth, Social Security Numbers, income, assets, and expenses for all household members. Applicants will be notified by email when their application is accepted and by mail if additional information is required. Application status can be checked via an online portal.
