Waitlist status will not be provided by phone, nor will requests to update information be taken by phone. Spartanburg Housing will make two attempts to contact the applicant; failure to respond will result in removal from the list, requiring reapplication. Applicants must establish an online applicant account to submit an application. Applicants with multiple accounts and applications with false information will be rejected. Requests to make adjustments due to input errors will not be processed.
