The South Metro Housing Options (SMHO) Housing authority will be open its waiting list for 1 day only from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19. The waitlist will close earlier if full. Additionally, a waitlist for one-bedroom apartments at Sierra Vista Apartments in Arapahoe County will be open for two weeks and close on April 27th, 2023.

Delaware County Housing Authority (DCHA) is accepting applications for its Housing Choice Voucher Program. Applications will be accepted on April 18, 2023, starting at 8 a.m. until April 19, 2023, at 4 p.m.

The Reading Housing Authority has announced that its public housing waiting list will open on April 11. Eligible individuals and two-person families aged 62 and older or aged 18 and older with a disability can apply for one-person studios and two-person, one-bedroom apartments in the Rhodes, Eisenhower & Hubert Apartments, Kennedy & Franklin Towers, and Hensler Homes.
