The waiting list for 4-bedroom Scatter Sites Low-income Public Housing will accept online preliminary applications between 8:00 a.m. on August 10, 2026, and 11:59 p.m. on August 12, 2026. A random-draw lottery system will select 700 pre-applications; only one pre-application per family will be accepted. Those chosen in the lottery will be notified by mail no later than September 31, 2026.
