The Housing Authority of Boca Raton is opening their Project Based Voucher (PBV) waiting list on Monday, June 22, 2026.
The Project-Based Voucher (PBV) site-based waiting list for The Residences at Martin Manor will open. Pre-applications must be submitted electronically. Placement is determined by applicant order, bedroom size, and unit availability for eligible former Dixie Manor residents and other income-eligible households. The property offers one, two, three, and four-bedroom units.

The Dunkirk Housing Authority is opening their Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) waiting list on Friday, June 26, 2026.
Upcoming Section 8 waitlist sign-ups are scheduled for June 26, 2026, and July 31, 2026, from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Connections North, 10825 Bennett Rd, Dunkirk, NY 14048; applicants need social security numbers for all household members and knowledge of their annual income for sign-up, with selection via random lottery for 300 applicants per waitlist.
