This program only assists renters. If you are a homeowner in need of mortgage assistance, click here.

Landlord participation is not a requirement of the program, but IHCDA will attempt to work with the landlord to get past due amounts and issue payments.

This program provides up to 12 months of past due and future rent. It can also provide assistance with past due utility bills, home energy, and internet as long as the utility bill is in the name of one of the renters listed on the lease, and the utilities are not included in the rent. There are additional requirements for internet assistance.
