This week, six Section 8 waiting list openings span five states, with Hawaii leading the count at two opportunities. The Aurora Housing Authority is opening their Affordable Rental Housing (Willow Park Townhomes) and Project Based Voucher (PBV) waiting lists on Monday, April 20, 2026. Official Notice
The waitlist for 2 Bedroom Townhomes at Willow Park will open for in-person applications only, accepted from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at 14001 E Colorado Drive, Aurora, CO 80012. The list will close at 200 applications.

The HPHA will accept applications for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Waiting List on Oahu for all voucher unit sizes from 8:00 a.m. on Monday, April 20th to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 27th, 2026.

The Housing Authority of Beaufort is opening their Public Housing waiting list on Monday, April 20, 2026.
Applicants seeking 1-bedroom units are soon being accepted. Open Houses are scheduled for Yemassee Heights (April 20-21, 2026) and Sandalwood Terrace (April 22-23, 2026). Applications are available for pickup at the Beaufort Housing Authority Central Office or by phone.
Perth Amboy Housing Authority – Perth Amboy, New Jersey PBV Waiting List Opens This Week
The Perth Amboy Housing Authority is opening their Project Based Voucher (PBV) waiting list on Monday, April 20, 2026.
The Housing Authority will accept online pre-applications for its Hansen and Dunlap Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) developments Waiting Lists starting April 20, 2026, and ending April 22, 2026. Pre-applications will be available online only at www.perthamboyha.org.
