The EBRPHA is opening their Section 8 PBV Waiting List for the Kelly Terrace, Zion Terrace, Sharlo Terrace, Capital Square, Duane St., Scotlandville, Monte Sano , Wood Plaza, and Clarksdale apartments. This waiting list will be open from December 22, 2025 through December 26, 2025.
