The Aurora Housing Authority is opening their Section 8 HCV Mainstream waiting list lottery on Monday, February 16, 2026 at 12:00 PM MDT. The lottery remains open through Friday, March 6, 2026. This opening is limited to non-elderly applicants ages 18-61 with a verifiable disability who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness. Applications are online only.
