James City County Office of Housing – Williamsburg, Virginia Public Housing Waiting List Opens This Week
The James City County Office of Housing is opening their Public Housing waiting list on Wednesday, May 27, 2026.
The Public Housing waitlist will accept online applications from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. EST for 1-bedroom (elderly and disabled only), and 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom family units. There is a 2-step process, and the deadline to upload required documents is June 26, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. EST.

Stearns County Housing and Redevelopment Authority – Cold Spring, Minnesota Section 8 HCV Waiting List Opens This Week
The Stearns County Housing and Redevelopment Authority is opening their Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) waiting list on Thursday, May 28, 2026.
The waiting list will open on May 28, 2026, at 8:00 AM and will close once 200 applications are received. A random lottery will place 200 selected applicants on the waiting list. This tenant-based voucher can be used anywhere in Stearns County except the City of St. Cloud. Only one application is allowed per household.
