The Oakland Affordable Housing Preservation Initiatives (OAHPI) is opening its 2024 waitlist for Project-based Voucher three-bedroom apartments for low-income households. Pre-applications are accepted from October 15 to October 31, 2024. Interested applicants can apply online via the OAHPI portal, scan a QR code on the flyer, or visit an in-person application center. This waitlist is specifically for Project-based Vouchers and not for Housing Choice Vouchers.

The Mansfield Metropolitan Housing Authority is opening their Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List this month. The waiting list is scheduled to open on October 28 and remain open until October 31, 2024.
