Wilson Housing Authority – Wilson, North Carolina Public Housing and Eatmon Townhomes Waiting Lists Now Open
The Wilson Housing Authority opened waiting lists for public housing and Eatmon Townhomes on February 2, 2026. One application covers all three public housing communities — Whitfield Homes, Forrest Road, and EB Jordan. The Allegheny County Housing Authority is opening their Section 8 HCV waiting list lottery on February 4, 2026 at 6:00 AM. The lottery closes February 5, 2026 at 11:00 PM. Housing Authority of the County of Merced – Merced, California PBV and Public Housing Waiting Lists Open Through Late February
The Housing Authority of the County of Merced is accepting applications for multiple PBV and public housing properties including Devonwood, Tierrasanta, Gateway Terrace, Grove, Midway, Twelve Thirteen, Atwater, Dos Palos, Livingston, Los Banos, and Merced. PBV Tierrasanta closes February 9, 2026 at 4:00 PM. All remaining properties close February 25, 2026 at 4:00 PM. Applications are online only at rental.merced-pha.com.

Housing Authority of the City of Aurora – Aurora, Colorado Section 8 HCV Mainstream Lottery Opens February 16, 2026
The Aurora Housing Authority is opening their Section 8 HCV Mainstream waiting list lottery on February 16, 2026 at 12:00 PM MDT. The lottery remains open through March 6, 2026. This opening is limited to non-elderly applicants ages 18–61 with a verifiable disability who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness. Applications are online only at www.aurorahousing.org
