The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority is opening its 2026 Project-Based Voucher and Public Housing/Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waiting lists next week. The waiting lists will open on Monday, January 26, 2026 at 8:00 AM and remain open until Monday, February 9, 2026 at 5:00 PM. All applications must be submitted online at https://onlineportal.snvrha.org. All applications submitted successfully will be placed on the waiting list. Since this waiting list is open for two full weeks, you have more time to prepare your application materials and ensure everything is submitted correctly. HousingLink - Minnesota Bring it Home Rental Assistance Opens Today
HousingLink is opening their Bring it Home Rental Assistance waiting list starting tomorrow. The waiting list will open on January 26, 2026 and remain open until January 28, 2026. This program offers rental assistance for 0-5 bedroom apartments. Applications must be submitted online at HousingLink's website. Since this waiting list is only open for 3 days, timing is critical. Providence Housing Authority - Providence, Rhode Island Public Housing Waiting List Currently Open
The Providence Housing Authority opened their public housing waiting list as of January 1, 2026 and is currently accepting applications online. Applications are being accepted for studio apartments (single person households ages 18+ with disability and 50 and older), one-bedroom apartments (elderly and/or disabled), and two to seven-bedroom apartments (family units). Applications must be submitted online only at the PHA's online application portal. Applications that are faxed, mailed, emailed or hand-delivered will not be accepted. This waiting list remains open until further notice, giving you time to prepare your application materials. Independence Housing Authority - Independence, Missouri Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List Opened This Week
The Independence Housing Authority opened their Housing Choice Voucher Program waiting list on Monday, January 20, 2026 at 9:00 AM. West Palm Beach Housing Authority - West Palm Beach, Florida Project-Based Voucher Waiting Lists for Senior Housing (Age 62+)
The West Palm Beach Housing Authority has two Project-Based Voucher waiting lists open for senior housing communities. The first is for Heron Estates (2003 West 17th Court, Riviera Beach, FL), which opened on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 12:01 AM and remains open for 1-bedroom units only. A preference is given to applicants who live or work in the City of Riviera Beach. The second is for Boynton Bay Apartments (499 Boynton Bay Circle, Boynton Beach, FL 33435), which will open on Friday, February 21, 2026 at 8:00 AM for 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units. Both waiting lists are for families whose head of household is age 62 or older. Applications for both properties are accepted online only at www.wpbha.org - no paper applications are available.
